Professionals Attached to the Surgery
Health
Visitors
We have health visitors attached to the practice who are actively
involved in all aspects of child health and general health promotion
in all age groups. Child development and baby clinics are run on a
weekly basis. Please ask at reception for further details.
District
Nurses
The district nursing team, under the supervision of our experienced
sisters, provides nursing care for patients in their own homes. The
nurses can advise and support carers for the elderly and disabled.
We also have links to the carers resource team. Please enquire if
you think this service may help you.
Community
Midwife
The community midwife provides antenatal and postnatal care jointly
with your doctor and the health visitors.
