How to Register with the Surgery

In order to register, it is helpful if you bring us your medical card. If you do not have one, or have mislaid it, you will need to bring details of your previous GP and the address you were living at when you were registered there. We will also need your present address in Felixstowe which must be within our practice boundary. Please see our practice boundary map HERE.

Your registration will be with the practice rather than a particular doctor - but we will ask you if there is a doctor whom you prefer to see and record this as your preferred doctor.

Please let us know if you change your name, address or telephone number.

If you move outside the practice area we will need to ask you to find another GP practice.
