Named Accountable GP
All patients at the practice have a named accountable GP on their clinical record. Your named GP has overall responsibility for your care but you may see any GP of your choosing at the surgery. If you wish to find out who your named GP is, please ask at reception.
Did you know that you can measure your own blood pressure and weight in our waiting room? No Appointment needed. Give it a try.
We are now part of Suffolk Primary Care (SPC)
Suffolk Primary Care is an innovative new partnership with 11 like-minded Suffolk GP surgeries joining together to deliver care to more than 100,000 patients. The collaboration will see doctors and other practice staff sharing resources and working together to ensure patients continue to receive high quality health care.
The Friends & Family Test
This is based on one simple question "How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience - what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you're helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care. We have leaflets in the surgery to complete, these can be anonymous if you wish and simply placed in the comments box. The link below opens up a .pdf guide giving full information and background about this national project. By pressing the link the document will open in a separate window.
